You'll be working with colleagues based across the region in at least three distinct locations. We work as a team together with the aspiration to provide trusted IT services and project support to the bank to support the ambitious growth plans. As a team lead content manager, you'll play an important role in making sure we achieve both business and technology objectives.
You will be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance/solutions for work completion:
(1.) To be responsible for content management team leadership.
(2.) Provide scripting support and mentorship for team members.
(3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
(4.) Being self-organized, focused on developing on time and quality software.
Must have
Overall, 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in Content Management role.
Experience leading a team of Content Managers.
Content Manager & Records Management Tools: You should possess a basic understanding and working knowledge of these tools(Filenet is preferred)
C# and Scripting: A strong knowledge of C# is essential, along with basic scripting skills
Operating Systems: Experience with both Windows and Linux is necessary for installation and configuration tasks
Access Management & Reporting: A good understanding of access management protocols and reporting capabilities is important
Development Background: You should have a development background and exposure to Integrated Development Environments (IDEs)
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role
Problem-Solving Skills: You should possess strong problem-solving abilities and must be able to work independently
