The Chief Security Office (CSO) of our client comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for our client.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to play a pivotal role in the new transformation project inside CSO. This ambitious initiative will fundamentally change our client's privileged access management model, aligning it with leading industry principles like least privilege and just-in-time access, while delivering substantial operational efficiencies and an improved compliance and security posture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling, clear, and technically accurate communications across various channels, ensuring all stakeholders - from end-users to senior leadership - are well-informed, engaged, and empowered to navigate this critical transformation. Their work will be crucial in facilitating user adoption and understanding of the new PAM model.

Content Development & Strategy for the new transformation project:
New User Portal Development: Lead the content creation and strategic setup of a brand-new website/portal specifically designed for end-users/consumers interacting with the new transformation service. This includes defining content architecture, writing clear, concise, and security-aware copy, and collaborating closely with design, technical, and security teams to ensure the portal is user-friendly, informative, and aligns with security best practices.
Stakeholder Communications: Develop and deliver impactful presentations, reports, and other high-level stakeholder materials for the new transformation project. This will involve communicating project progress, technical benefits, compliance implications, and strategic objectives to diverse audiences, including senior management, security teams, and auditors.
Technical Documentation & User Enablement: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive User Manuals, Knowledge Objects (KOPs), and other essential documentation related to the new transformation system. This documentation must ensure accuracy, clarity, and ease of understanding for our diverse user base, explaining concepts like least privilege, just-in-time access, and the new operational workflows.
Communication Templates: Design and write a suite of professional and effective communication templates (e.g., email announcements, change management notifications, FAQs, training materials) for various internal communication needs related to the new transformation rollout, ensuring brand consistency, security messaging, and clear calls to action.
User Engagement & Transformation Support:
Translate complex technical and security concepts related to privileged access management, least privilege, and just-in-time access into easily understandable language for a non-technical and technical audience alike.
Collaborate closely with the new transformation project team, product owners, development, and cyber security teams to gather information and ensure all communication materials are technically accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the strategic goals of the transformation.
Contribute significantly to the overall user adoption and experience by ensuring clear, consistent, and intuitive communication throughout the new transformation user journey and change management process.
Brand Consistency, Security & Quality Assurance:
Ensure all communication materials adhere to our client's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strict compliance and security standards.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style, maintaining a high level of accuracy, technical precision, and professionalism, especially regarding security terminology.
Must have
?? Languages: English (native or professional-level fluency)
?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and communicate clearly, accurately, and persuasively.
?? Technical skills: a minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience and skill. Experience using software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, Final Cut, Canva, etc.), with an aim to improve the visual quality, effectiveness, and operating level of our communications products.
?? Fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel, and experience translating ideas into slide decks and presentations.
?? Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams to enhance event accessibility and engagement.
?? Experience with posting and using a corporate intranet system.
?? Intermediate HTML skills to aid production and design of e-newsletters, briefings, messages, and E-mails.
?? Interest in how best to communicate technical concepts in layman's terms.
