Support and optimize enterprise cloud operations by ensuring the reliability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain scalable cloud environments, automate operational processes, and support business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure availability and performance.

Coordinate incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Support automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices.

bullet icon

Monitor cloud resource utilization and assist with cost optimization.

bullet icon

Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

bullet icon

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud deployments and operational improvements.

Maintain operational documentation and participate in on-call support as required.

Skills

Must have

3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

bullet icon

Strong understanding of cloud operations, incident management, and production support.

bullet icon

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.

bullet icon

Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.

bullet icon

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience supporting Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Knowledge of cloud governance and FinOps principles.

Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC2, HIPAA, or NIST.
