Seeking a Senior Cloud Program Manager to lead large-scale multi-cloud transformation initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments. The role will be responsible for program governance, stakeholder management, cloud migration strategy, FinOps optimization, risk management, and delivery oversight for enterprise cloud modernization programs. The candidate will work closely with cloud architects, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful execution of cloud strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end cloud transformation and migration programs across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Establish and maintain program governance, KPIs, SLAs, risk registers, and executive reporting.

Manage program budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and FinOps initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders.

Conduct steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications.

Drive cloud adoption, modernization, security, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.

Mandatory Skills Description:

Strong experience leading enterprise-scale cloud programs and multi-cloud initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Proven expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk mitigation, KPI/SLA management, and cloud transformation delivery. Experience managing cross-functional global teams and driving executive-level communications. Hands-on understanding of cloud architecture, migrations, security, compliance, and FinOps best practices. PMP and Agile delivery experience preferred.

Experience with Azure Landing Zones, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation), DevOps and CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins), cloud security and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2), Kubernetes/AKS, Azure AI services, enterprise networking, and Well-Architected Framework reviews. Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
