The Divisional ambition is to drive efficiencies and to monetize its #1 position in Germany, to be a front-runner in digital banking, to keep up revenue growth imperative through investment in coverage and in product capabilities (incl. PB has a strong footprint in the home market Germany and is acting as "global Hausbank" for the international business of PB.

• Technology: Here we target a consolidated & modernized IT platform with a common core based on Service Oriented Architecture, APIs and Google cloud platform with maximum re-use of services and components. Target architecture is logically structured in three components: Systems of Engagement (Frontend), Systems of Insight (Data), Systems of Record (Backend). Additionally, we aim to maximize IT platform simplification by reducing the dependency on legacy backend systems in the different regions and the number of target applications whenever possible.

• Operating model: Implementation of integrated Business & TDI Agile organization within sub-divisions, with cross-divisional synergy whenever applicable and based on a high share of engineers, efficient governance and stable processes to significantly reduce costs and support growth targets of Private Bank business areas. Private Bank process and governance framework is based on group standards and principles (Horizontals).

As a member of the Infrastructure Architecture team, you will be part of the team responsible for strategic Infrastructure activities across all domain areas.

Your responsibilities will range from coordinating existing or new projects, guidelines and implementing technical frameworks to provide data efficiently and responsibly. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders.

As part of your role, you will gain a thorough understanding of migration and upgrade processes for Infrastructure components as we are investing heavily in keeping the infrastructure landscape up to date and avoid End of Life components.

Main responsibilities:

Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning stakeholders deliverables.

Accurately documenting and building and leading kickoff project meetings

bullet icon

Effectively coordinating Communications process (Meeting arrangements, creation of generic email addresses, live events communication) across workstreams and all stakeholders involved

Taking responsibility and accountability for high level & mid level plan preparation

bullet icon

Overseeing delivery monitoring

bullet icon

Acting as a bridge between technical teams and TDI senior stakeholders, helping to communicate statuses in a clear and understandable manner and escalate if required.

5+ years' experience in PMO/Project Management.

Understanding of process lifecycle flows

Understanding of technical Infrastructure concepts and components to be able to propose and coordinate technical infrastructure initiatives and alignment with DB's central Infrastructure team

A project management approach to taking on tasks, completing them in a structured way with an eye to either automating or improving processes

Experience of working in an agile environment, practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP or SAFe

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and fast changing environments

Proven work experience as project manager, or equivalent position
