This role involves providing production support for capital markets applications with a focus on Calypso. The position requires strong technical expertise in application support, incident management, and system monitoring to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of the platform. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to support business operations and enable system enhancements.
Provide L1/L2 production support, including monitoring and incident resolution
Analyze business requirements and configure the application to meet functional needs
Manage and resolve incidents in collaboration with Product Owners and BAs
Perform batch monitoring and ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs
Configure application workflows, business logic, and process flows
Ensure system security, availability, and performance standards are maintained
Handle user queries and provide timely support to business stakeholders
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Must have
6 to 11 years Strong experience in Calypso production support
Hands-on experience in L1/L2 support and incident management in Calypso System
Experience in batch monitoring and job scheduling
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and build tools
Strong stakeholder communication and customer handling skills
Nice to have
Experience with capital markets applications
Hands-on experience with Calypso (preferred)
