Responsibilities

Support 2 territories CSM leads (CNEE AMI and CNEE FSI) in day-to-day operations activities:

Governance: manage weekly meetings preparation and readiness for each territory

Finance: analyze financials and actions plans together with CSM

bullet icon

Pipeline: analyze Less than 5M$ pipeline and actions plans together with CSM

Margin Expansion: drive margin expansion registration in trackers, actions plan completion, together with CSM and Practices

Demand & Supply: facilitate or prepare hiring meetings, business cases building with CSM

Workforce management: consolidate data and narratives for quarterly workforce plan

Reporting: customize existing reporting per leads objectives
