Responsibilities

Provide governance, financial and project management support services for Program Directors or Managers, Project Managers, or Tribe Leads and helps deliver the Initiative/ Tribe tasks.

Play a proactive role in knowledge management to promote program and project management methods and standards and ensure appropriate application of the project management framework.

Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate different financial ceremonies at Tribe level or Initiative Level (organize alignment meetings with TL, POs, DMs, etc., verify that strategic decisions are reflected in the financial plans for the tribes/ initiative).

Active contributor to Finance and Strategic Review (quarterly ceremony on Domain Level) or responsible to run the CtB/ ADC/RTB financial reviews for the Tribe(s)/ Initiative(s) assigned.

Support the preparation of budget planning for tribes and portfolio by sharing relevant information and best practices on cost-allocations, costs, and benefits.

Enable adherence to tribe governance processes and tools.

Identify and share processes and tools best practices across the Tribe.

Monitor Tribe/ Initiative OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and ensure that the realized Key Results are transparent for all Tribe members and key stakeholders.

Perform health checks on Portfolio level, flag if any remediation actions to be performed by POs/SMs and follow-up on their completion.

Responsible for operationalization in DB systems of FTE and Financial Plans, Budgets and Forecast and daily monitoring of progress, incl. onboarding of new joiners.

Collaborate with the Tribe/ Initiative Mgmt. team to ensure a clear view on Tribe financials, resource management and adherence to headcount targets.

Collaborate with Tribe/ Initiative Mgmt. team for gathering the needed information to update dbClarity (status report, milestones and benefits) according to the Change Governance calendar.

Ensure actions cascaded from the COO are performed according to the communicated deadlines.

Support the demand management process within the Tribe/ Initiative if needed.

Responsible for budget financial assessment for the portfolio assigned.

Collaborate and align with various stakeholders.

Develop and maintain a strong collaboration with Business Management Community to solve any dependency, all Tribe members and with other Tribes' members or stakeholder groups across all regions.

Work with BM Manager, TL/ POs/ members inside the Chapter to ensure proper allocations within the Tribe/ Chapter.

Work proactively with BM Manager to improve Business Management processes and practices within the domain, if needed.

Integrate the feedback received from the COO, Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to monitor the delivery, budget, and forecast spend and develop ad-hoc reports for Senior Management.

Maintain the relationship/ communication with vendors and monitor the completion of purchase requests.

-Work towards building a collaboration space inside the Business Management team.

Act as a role-model and as a team-lead (if needed), backup for Business Management Manager and steer and manage Business Management KPI.

Organize trainings and shadowing sessions for new joiners within the BM team.

Skills

Must have

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or similar.

bullet icon

Experience from working in a COO, Business Management or Consulting type function.

bullet icon

Strong communication and presentation skills, confidence in the interaction with senior stakeholders.

bullet icon

Problem-solving attitude with capability of identifying and structuring issues, run accurate analysis and synthesize recommendations.

Ability to work to tight deadlines, demonstrating the ability to cope under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail.

bullet icon

Strong MS PowerPoint (storylining and slide design for senior management presentations) and MS Excel (data analysis, business case and financial modelling) skills.

Willingness to learn and master bank-wide tools for resource and portfolio management (dbClarity, Workday, Visier, etc.)

-Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance.

Nice to have

Experience in Agile delivery.
