Project description

This role will be part of the Platform and Integration Office team, supporting the Group Wealth Platform (GWP) regional rollout programme for Private Banking. GWP is the Group's integrated wealth
management platform built on Temenos Transact (T24) as the core banking and wealth back-office system and Temenos Triple'A Plus (TAP) as the front- and middle-office portfolio management system,
covering client investment account opening, order management and pre-trade checks, wealth product processing, portfolio management, assisted and self-service channels, and downstream data and reporting.
The GWP – Business Analyst, Temenos T24 & TAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be the programme's go-to functional expert on the Temenos wealth product suite. The role bridges business requirements
and the Temenos solution, ensuring that business needs are met through standard product capability and model bank configuration wherever possible, and that gaps, customisations and workarounds
are clearly understood, justified and governed.
The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on knowledge of T24 and TAP, gained through one or more end-to-end Temenos implementations for private banks or wealth managers in the Asia Pacific
(APAC) market. He/she will apply this experience to fit-gap analysis, solution design review, T24–TAP integration, data migration, testing and go-live readiness across markets at different stages of rollout,
while also advising on APAC market practices and local regulatory needs.
The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong discipline in business analysis and documentation, and to be able to work well within a team and yet take initiative and ownership over his/her own area of work assignments or projects.

Lead requirement workshops and fit-gap analysis against T24 and TAP, and translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows and business rules that are aligned with Temenos capability; recommend configuration-first solutions and challenge unnecessary customisation.

bullet icon

Review Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and solution designs with IT business analysts, architects, Temenos and implementation partners; independently challenge and validate IT's proposed T24 and TAP solutions, customisations, workarounds and effort estimates to ensure they are fit-for-purpose, aligned to standard product capability and meet business intent, and drive closure of requirement gaps and deviations.

bullet icon

Provide T24 functional expertise across customer and account set-up, securities and portfolio (SC), funds, bonds, FX, money market and deposits, corporate actions, fees and charges, safekeeping, settlement, accounting and wealth financing / lending (e.g. Lombard and overdraft facilities).

bullet icon

Provide TAP functional expertise across portfolio and mandate set-up, advisory and discretionary portfolio management (DPM), model portfolios and rebalancing, order management, pre-trade and investment compliance checks, suitability and risk profiling, performance measurement and client reporting.

bullet icon

Define and validate integration requirements between T24, TAP and surrounding systems such as order management, channels, market data, custodians and brokers, payments, and downstream data, finance and regulatory reporting, including interface timing, data ownership and reconciliation.

bullet icon

Support data migration by defining T24 and TAP data mapping, transformation rules and reconciliation criteria for clients, portfolios, positions, cash balances and static data, and by validating mock and dress rehearsal migration results.

bullet icon

Formulate SIT and UAT scope, end-to-end test scenarios and test cases across the T24 and TAP trade and portfolio lifecycle; support test execution, defect triage and root-cause analysis, and coordinate business sign-off.

bullet icon

Support go-live operational readiness, cutover and hypercare, including SOP updates, user roles and entitlement design, production issue triage, and handover of accepted gaps and enhancements into the BAU platform backlog.

bullet icon

Advise on APAC market localisation for new market rollouts, including local product features, market and settlement practices, tax and regulatory reporting needs, and assess their impact on the regional T24 and TAP baseline.

bullet icon

Prepare training material and user guides on T24 and TAP functions, deliver knowledge transfer to business users, operations and junior business analysts, and build internal Temenos capability within the team.

bullet icon

Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, technology teams, operations, compliance, Temenos and implementation partners; communicate progress, decisions and risks clearly to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
