Project description

Luxoft is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Analyst focusing on Liquidity and Cash Management. This will include extending the existing implementation with these new product types, as well as support for other stakeholders throughout the project. BA will have to be actively involved in stakeholder Management and actively participate in Project discussions with Upstream, Story Prioritization, and Story refinement sessions. He/she will be responsible for all the deliverables WRT BAU and Project-related enhancements.

Responsibilities

Actively consult with Business to identify and fix business problems, not restricted to issues shared by business or for projects, but proactively look for Potential gaps.

Consult with various teams, which include but not restricted to development, Upstream, Business, and Support, to understand Key issues.

Identify Stories to be created for filling the gaps as were identified as Business requirements or project-related requirements.

Consult with business users spread globally to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.

Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed, universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.

Define and document reporting requirements and clearly articulate the business logic as user stories in the BRD.

Acts as a liaison between Engagement, Build, Test, Release, and BAU/Support teams during the SDLC of the project.

Plans, organizes, and conducts business process reengineering/improvement projects and/or management reviews.

Assists in developing an overall change management strategy.

Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents functions and requirements.

Create test scenarios and test scripts based on requirements and participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.

Provides work direction to one or more technical staff or acts as a team lead on designated projects or assignments.

Assist the business in clearing queries related to data or Application functionality.

The BA will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:

Financial: Provide estimation of efforts (time and cost) for business requirements.

bullet icon

Build technology solutions or provide services consistent with the business and requirements with high quality and within the agreed cost and time.

Assist line manager to effectively manage resources with the budget, ensures maximum utilisation of resource leading to increased productivity and reduce time to market.

Proactively drive the continuous improvement to reduce delivery costs and refine estimation.

Skills

Must have

10 years of relevant market domain experience, particularly with experience & domain expertise in Nostro Accounting, Liquidity Management, Ledger & Accounting-related cash flows & cash ladder, Payments & SWIFT (Pain, PACS, CAMT, MT Messages) related knowledge & a proven track record in delivering projects and key initiatives.

Tools: Oracle SQL Developer, SPLUNK, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Splunk.

Domain Experience: o Banking Domain with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience working in enterprise-level applications. o Clear understanding of Cash Management/Liquidity Management for Nostro Account Funding team. o Understanding & experience in working with cash flows, ledgers & accounting flows, payment Messages from SWIFT (MT, PACS, CAMT messages).
