We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets to support the implementation and evolution of Front Office and/or Middle/Back Office IT solutions. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure successful delivery of market finance systems.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business teams (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office) and IT teams

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements related to Capital Markets activities

Participate in the implementation and integration of Capital Markets software solutions (e.g. Orchestrade, Calypso, Murex)

Define functional specifications, workflows, and data models

bullet icon

Support system configuration, testing activities (UAT, regression tests), and production deployment

bullet icon

Analyze and optimize business processes related to trading, risk, valuation, or post-trade activities

bullet icon

Provide functional support and contribute to incident analysis and resolution

Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions

Previous experience in Capital Markets within an Asset Servicer, Asset Manager, or Investment Bank

Proven track record in the implementation of Capital Markets packaged solutions such as:

Strong understanding of Front Office (FO) or Middle/Back Office (MO/BO) processes

Risk management, pricing, valuation, or collateral management (depending on scope)
