Client engages in the business of designing, manufacturing and exporting motor vehicles, engines, transmissions, differentials and their components at its manufacturing locations in Turkey, for sales in the domestic and foreign markets.
Client has requested Luxoft to undertake engineering design and consultancy support to a new Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) Development program that meets the technical and attribute requirements, which will be produced and/or sold worldwide the Client and its licensees.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Factory Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable, automated DevOps platforms for our development teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and build automation — with proven experience delivering large-scale, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

This role is critical in shaping the backbone of our software delivery process, enabling high-performing development teams through automation, tooling, and best practices in software factory design.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and lead the design of scalable, cloud-native CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains using Azure services.

Develop and maintain virtualization strategies (Azure VMs, Docker) and infrastructure as code for high-availability environments.

bullet icon

Design and implement automated integration pipelines for daily delivery of complex, large-scale software systems.

bullet icon

Manage containerized environments using industry best practices to support distributed, reliable development workflows.

bullet icon

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure full traceability, automation coverage, and repeatable deployment processes.

bullet icon

Standardize build and deployment processes across teams using tools like Conan, Bazel, GitHub Actions, and custom Python-based automation.

Drive continuous improvement of DevOps architecture and infrastructure reliability, security, and efficiency.

Serve as a technical expert and mentor on CI/CD practices, DevOps strategies, and build automation frameworks.
