AxiomSL Implementation & Configuration

Design, configure, develop and implement regulatory reporting solutions within AxiomSL.

Translate regulatory reporting requirements and existing OSX reporting logic into AxiomSL configurations and technical specifications.

Develop and maintain AxiomSL data mappings, transformation rules, calculations, validations and reporting workflows.

Configure regulatory reporting templates and associated data processing logic.

Implement data ingestion and integration processes between upstream banking systems and AxiomSL.

Support both standard AxiomSL regulatory reporting packages and custom-built reporting components where required.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving data transformation, calculations, report generation and validation.

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with the bank's technical architecture and reporting standards.

OSX to AxiomSL Migration

Analyse existing OSX regulatory reporting processes, data structures, business rules and reporting configurations.

Perform gap analysis between existing OSX functionality and the target AxiomSL solution.

Identify reporting logic, calculations, data mappings and controls that require migration, redesign or enhancement.

Support migration of regulatory reporting functionality, including data transformations, validations and reporting outputs.

Work with Business Analysts and Regulatory Reporting SMEs to ensure existing regulatory requirements are accurately translated into the target solution.

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate existing reporting processes.

Support migration planning, implementation, parallel runs and production cutover activities.

Investigate and resolve differences between OSX and AxiomSL reporting outputs.

Key activities include:

Understanding regulatory reporting requirements and translating them into AxiomSL configurations.

Implementing regulatory calculations, mappings, transformations and validation rules.

Ensuring accurate data aggregation and regulatory reporting outputs.

Supporting changes to regulatory taxonomies, reporting templates and validation requirements.

Working with Regulatory Reporting SMEs to investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies.

Data Mapping, Integration & Reconciliation

Analyse source data structures and map data elements to AxiomSL reporting requirements.

Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings and transformation specifications.

Support integration with upstream systems, data warehouses and other banking applications.

Implement data quality checks, reconciliation controls and exception-handling processes.

Investigate data discrepancies and ensure data completeness, accuracy and consistency.

Support end-to-end data lineage and traceability from source systems through to regulatory reporting outputs.

Identify and resolve issues affecting reporting accuracy and completeness.

Testing, Validation & Migration Support

Develop and execute unit tests for AxiomSL configurations, mappings and reporting logic.

Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.

Perform report-level reconciliation between OSX and AxiomSL outputs.

Investigate differences in regulatory calculations, data aggregation and reporting results.

Support parallel reporting runs to validate the target AxiomSL solution.

Resolve implementation defects and support defect retesting.

Assist with production deployment, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation.

Ensure appropriate technical documentation and knowledge transfer to BAU teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with Regulatory Reporting SMEs, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Solution Architects and Testing teams.

Participate in requirements workshops, solution design discussions and technical reviews.

Provide technical input into implementation estimates, planning and delivery dependencies.

Communicate implementation progress, technical issues and risks to project stakeholders.

Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to resolve complex reporting and migration challenges.

Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards, regulatory requirements and project timelines
