We are looking for a highly skilled Axiom Developer to join our Treasury Technology team supporting a major Australian banking program. The role will focus on designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting regulatory reporting solutions built on the Axiom platform. The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and Data teams to deliver business-critical reporting solutions that comply with APRA regulatory requirements and support strategic data transformation initiatives.
The role involves development and enhancement of Axiom-based regulatory reports, data integration, automation, performance optimization, and support of end-to-end reporting processes across Treasury and Finance domains. The program supports a centralized Risk, Treasury, and Finance data platform that serves as a single source of truth for regulatory, statutory, and financial reporting

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain regulatory reporting solutions using Axiom Controller View (CV).

Build and enhance APRA regulatory reports, taxonomies, and free-form submissions.

Develop regulatory reports from scratch and implement enhancements driven by business and regulatory requirements.

Support Axiom version upgrades, patches, and regulatory releases

bullet icon

Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Data teams to understand reporting requirements.

Develop data sourcing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation processes.

bullet icon

Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory submissions.

Support Balance Sheet Management (BSM), Capital Management, Liquidity, and Treasury reporting functions

Must have

Strong hands-on experience with Axiom Controller View (CV).

Experience in Axiom regulatory reporting development and maintenance.

Knowledge of Axiom V10 migration and platform upgrades.

Experience creating datasets, portfolios, reports, and validation rules

bullet icon

Banking & Treasury Domain

bullet icon

Strong understanding of Treasury and Finance business processes.

Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting frameworks.

bullet icon

Experience supporting Capital, Liquidity, Balance Sheet Management, or Risk reporting functions.

Familiarity with APRA reporting requirements is highly desirable

Data & Database Skills

Advanced SQL and database development skills.

Strong understanding of data modeling and large-scale data processing.

Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar RDBMS.
