We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Treasury and Liquidity Regulatory Reporting and hands-on experience with AxiomSL (Nasdaq). The role will focus on delivering and enhancing regulatory reporting solutions aligned with EBA liquidity frameworks, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Taking up the role of Business Analyst to:

Gather, analyse, and document business and regulatory requirements related to EBA liquidity reporting.

bullet icon

Work closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and IT teams to implement and enhance liquidity reporting solutions.

bullet icon

Translate regulatory requirements (e.g., EBA guidelines) into functional specifications and business processes.

bullet icon

Support delivery of key liquidity metrics including:

bullet icon

Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)

bullet icon

Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR)

bullet icon

Additional Liquidity Monitoring Metrics (ALMM)

bullet icon

Perform data analysis, data mapping, and lineage tracing across source systems.

bullet icon

Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to define remediation strategies.

bullet icon

Participate in UAT testing, validation, and reconciliation of regulatory reports.

bullet icon

Ensure data quality, controls, and governance standards are maintained.

bullet icon

Support regulatory change initiatives and ongoing compliance updates.

Produce clear documentation including BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and data dictionaries

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services.

bullet icon

Proven expertise in Treasury and Liquidity Reporting (LCR, NSFR, ALMM).

bullet icon

Hands-on experience with AxiomSL (Nasdaq Regulatory Reporting platform).

bullet icon

Solid understanding of EBA liquidity regulations and reporting frameworks.

bullet icon

Strong data analysis and data mapping skills, including lineage tracing.

bullet icon

Experience working with large data sets and complex data architectures.

bullet icon

Familiarity with regulatory reporting data models and controls.

bullet icon

Experience in UAT, reconciliation, and regulatory report validation.

bullet icon

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with COREP / FINREP or other EBA regulatory reports.

Exposure to data platforms (e.g., SQL, Azure, Databricks).
