We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Lead to architect, implement, and govern the enterprise-wide automation and low-code initiatives using Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end automation delivery, defining fitment and adoption strategy, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. This role demands a blend of technical depth, leadership maturity, and stakeholder engagement skills to transform automation practices across the organization.

Lead fitment assessment discussions for new business process automation use cases.

Evaluate system interdependencies and define integration architecture between Power Platform, ERP, CRM, and custom applications.

Collaborate with enterprise architects to establish integration patterns leveraging APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure connectors.

Skills

Must have

bullet icon

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

bullet icon

10+ years of overall experience in application development and 5+ years in Power Platform technical lead position.

bullet icon

Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform — Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

Strong understanding of automation fitment, governance frameworks, and Center of Excellence (CoE) models.

Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, and enterprise systems (Oracle/CRM).
