Project Description:
We are looking for a senior AI Engineering Lead to drive AI adoption across enterprise software engineering teams. The role will focus on embedding AI-assisted development practices throughout the SDLC, improving engineering productivity, and providing technical leadership and coaching to distributed development pods.

Coach developers on AI-assisted coding, requirements analysis, test generation, code reviews, and documentation.

Define AI engineering best practices, standards, and guardrails.

Identify opportunities to improve developer productivity through enterprise-approved AI tools.

Provide architecture and design guidance for AI-enabled applications and agents.

Mentor offshore pod leads and developers and provide technical oversight across delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills Description:

bullet icon

Strong hands-on software engineering background with experience applying AI/GenAI technologies across the SDLC. Proven ability to guide architecture and design of AI-enabled applications, establish engineering standards and guardrails, and coach development teams on effective use of AI for coding, testing, requirements analysis, code reviews, and documentation. Strong technical leadership experience working with distributed engineering teams is required.

Experience building AI agents or enterprise GenAI solutions, leading offshore delivery pods, and implementing AI productivity initiatives in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments. Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with enterprise-approved AI platforms are preferred.
