Project Description


Implementation and maintenance for one of our partner's clients recently launched AI business, and supplementing their personnel inhouse.

Responsibilities


    Provide L2 support for one of our partner's clients broadly covering the following areas of responsibilities:

    - Technical installation of our partner's solutions in their clients' environments
    - Integration of data sources with vendor platforms
    - L2 support for our partner's client installations including but not limited to the following:
    • HTTPS webserver Deployment w/ instructions and basic managed service, checking infrastructure, i.e DB/Ram/Cpu and Gpu usage.
    • Complex query handling
    • Investigate incidents and repeated problems
    • Resolve simple to medium complexity incidents based on standard operating procedures and known error database
    • Collect details of complex incidents and elevate complex incidents to L3
    • Work closely with L3 till complex incidents are resolved
    • Strict adherence to SLA's based on client tiering (Gold/Silver/Bronze)
    • Continuous improvements

Skills


Must have

    • 3-6 years of relevant L2 Support experience
    • Language : Bash scripting
    • Issue Ticketing \ Testing of issues \ Server Threshold Monitoring : (GPU/CPU/DB/RAM server monitoring and actioning/escalation to L3 if required)
    • Operating Systems : Linux /Windows

    • Client communication and professional demeanour
    • Excellent team player
    • Presentation skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills, applicable to large and complex scenarios
    • Proven escalation management and leadership skills
    • Able to multitask when several critical issues happen simultaneously
    • Eager to learn technology, interest in programming and scripting
    • Willing to work in the cross-time zone time frame, on-call/on duty

Nice to have

    • Infrastructure Platforms : AWS / AZURE Server Deployment and Maintenance of private cloud networks (Private/Public Keys, Elastic Load Balancing ) – Can be trained (With knowledge)
    • Networking : DHCP IP Experience / SSL Certificate deployment / TCP/UDP Port Config
    • Project Skills : JIRA / Rally / Project Planning
    • Docker Containers : Kubernetes (knowledge and experience deploying Kubernetes docker containers for node scaling in the cloud)
    • Python
