Early stages of the Client's next Software Platform evolution development for new Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) Electrical Architecture. The project is focused on the creation of the modern Software-Defined Vehicle digital infrastructure. Target Software Platform will operate in a variety of environments and is critical to:
Expand the use of industry adopted APIs
Support high-velocity application development
Enable next-generation vehicle applications
Luxoft will provide core parts for Automotive Middleware around AUTOSAR Adaptive, including networking, configuration, security, diagnostics, etc. Additionally, Luxoft will participate in the development of components for a virtual environment. This virtual environment will support the CI activities, including automated builds, virtual ECUs/Machines, and automated testing support.
Project management maturity must reach ASPICE level 3. It requires establishing transparent project execution monitoring and control. Each participant will be responsible for providing evidence of systematic and significant achievement of the defined process attributes.
In this position, you will be responsible for helping the FNV work streamlining, shaping the architecture and designs' vision, and assisting in the development and software verification process.
As Tech Lead, you will define the overall system/software architecture and make high-level design choices that apply to the system as a whole and/or key subparts of the system.
You will be leading work around architecture, design and documentation of interfaces, and other design documentation. Furthermore, you will also support and coach the teams to follow architectural decisions taken on their daily work. Finally, you will be a part of the overall product quality work by defining needed guidelines for design and coding, together with teams.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Supports the definition of the overall architecture as well as the architecture of features/stories
Development of concepts and architectures in cooperation with the client
Creation of software architecture for system functions and software components in the embedded area, taking into account platform- and project-specific constraints (Using OpenVX)
Creation of relevant architecture artifacts in project-specific tools according to process
Conduct and participate in meetings to coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Expert knowledge of C++/ embedded
Knowledge or Experience in OpenVX, OpenCV, video streaming fundamentals, and execution of computing pipelines on SoC hardware CPU, GPU, and accelerators
Knowledge or Experience of Machine Learning or Deep Learning
Hands-on experience in Linux platform
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written text
Negotiation skills - including but not limited to conflict solving, problem-solving, and decision making.
Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business
Leadership skills - including but not limited to mentoring, coaching, and training abilities.
Experience in the Platform and Functional Software development, including OEM and Tier1 interaction.
Understands Networking concepts and has practical experience in the setup of such projects

Knowledge of vehicle bus systems and protocols (SOME/IP, Ethernet, CAN, K-Line, LIN, and MOST)
Experience in the implementation of agile development projects (e.g., SCRUM)
Experience in vehicle diagnostics (UDS, DoIP)
Experience with Infotainment features such as SDARs, Bluetooth, USB, Navigation, Hands-Free
Excellent Knowledge of automotive SoC Systems Architectures (ARM/INTEL) and Hypervisor solutions
Understanding of the Android Automotive platform
Understanding of the GENIVI and Yocto open-source components.
Practical experience in AUTOSAR Classic or Adaptive
Practical experience with Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
