We create modern Online Onboarding system for bank's Corporate Clients. Our solution is a secured high performance digital platform, which automates client onboarding processes and minimizes manual operations.
We focus on excellent user experience and rapid business response as key factors for successful onboarding of new enterprise client's.
Our project joins 8 teams of 100 people in total (Ukraine, USA and others) and works with the client for 5+ years. Each team consists of Dev, BA, QA, Lead and is supported by dedicated DevOps/L3 group. We use agile methodologies on team level (Scrum, Kanban) and scaled agile approach on a project level

Responsibilities

---

• Provide a technical leadership for a development team (develop/evaluate architecture, advise team members, write and review code, tests etc.)
• Participate in grooming/developing of requirements, team work planning.
• New development tools evaluation and adoption (libraries and approaches to improve delivery quality)
• Proactive collaboration with teammates and communication with remote teams
• Leverage DevOps practices like continuous integration, continuous deployment, build and test automation.
• Develop new features and extending existing functionality (Java 8, Kotlin, Spring, SQL)

Skills

---

Must have

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing software applications using Java
• 1+ years of team leading experience
• Experience developing reliable and scalable web applications and services
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience developing and deploying containerized applications
• Experience developing distributed systems
• Familiarity with investment banking domain
• Lean development methodology
