Project Description


Work with highly professional team on the project for one of the largest investment banks.
Functional area is bulk processing of big amounts of financial transactions in accordance with complicated scenarios.

Responsibilities


    SREs, being developers themselves, will naturally bring solutions that help remove the barriers between development teams and operations teams.
    • Support and update system configuration in UAT and PROD on user request
    • Support and manager rules for homegrown business rule engine
    • Support setup of new business flows and client migration on the platform
    • Investigate booking and allocation issues by log, code, database analysis
    • Manage UAT environment and support deployment in PROD
    • Effective communication with stakeholders
    • Accurate tasks progress and time reporting
    • Prepare release instruction for support team
    • Supporting and updating platform documentation
    • Provide SQL reports for support team

Skills


Must have

    Reliable.
    Self-motivated.
    Delivery oriented.
    Unix / Linux troubleshooting strong skills
    SQL on real good level – understand what can impact be fire the heavy query on the running prod
    JIRA / Confluence

    Application Servers
