In this project we'll work as partner of a leading global information services company, with operations in more than 180 countries around the world, to maintain and develop a document generation service serving all sizes of banks from the largest global brands to small community banks. This application uses complex rules for generating dynamic documents based on data passed to it to create legal documents that are compliant with all federal and state laws. This application is critical to our success as it is a key platform component of our long term strategy in supporting lending workflows of financial institutions. The work will include development of new features as well as maintenance of this critical key platform component.

Responsibilities

- Own application and enterprise designs for key FinTech product features
- Collaborate with product managers and advise on technical feasibilities
- Work with engineering teams on implementations
- Manage application tech debt for maintainability, security, and scalability

Skills

---

Must have

- Experience working with mission critical cloud applications
- Ability to study and/or reverse engineer complex code bases
- Solid understanding of enterprise design patterns
- Experience with C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and Git
- Object-oriented design fundamentals
- ORM experience with Entity Framework or equivalent
- Ability to convey complex designs with clarity and brevity
- Background supporting commercially sold SaaS products
- Experience leading medium and larger sized teams
- Agile best practices

Nice to have

- Fintech or commercial banking
- Azure cloud experience
- Experience architecting QA automation frameworks
- DevOps (builds, CI/CD, branch management)
- Remote team integration
