The Cloud Governance team has defined an exciting strategy and aggressive multi-year year roadmap. The team is a specialist team of individuals hired to evolve the bank's cloud services in a way that will differentiate the bank in the markets in participates in.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the bank's Cloud initiative that is a multi-year programme with Group CIO sponsorship. The successful candidate will join a team delivering highly visible strategic programmes with the primary responsibilities around portal based solutions and visualisations. Any developed solution must be scalable, robust and fault tolerant catering to the existing and future business needs in a timely manner. In addition the successful candidate will be expected to develop innovative solutions with a view to these being released quickly to gain feedback before advising on the
full scale roll out.
The candidate will work closely with the other team members and senior stakeholders in order to design and implement critical strategic Portal based solutions whilst collaborating and engaging with Business Stakeholders to deliver to exacting requirements. The candidate is expected to work in a dynamic global team with Production owners, business stakeholders and other technical experts across multiple locations.

Required
• Strong communicator with experience in agile working environments
• Experienced developer who has created, lead, and developed UI/UX frameworks and components in agile development teams
• Experienced frontend developer that has extensive experience on design led development of user centred products.
• Strong knowledge of multiple programming languages (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, .NET, python, Java, Objective-c, as well as interpreted scripting language experience)
• Working knowledge of API development standards
• Working knowledge of implementing UI/UX components for re-use in an SDK provided to other developers.
• Strong knowledge of one or more popular open source frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of one or more style frameworks such as bootstrap, foundation, or boilerplate.
Qualification:
• Degree level educating in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years of working experience in development engineering area
• Deliver quality software on time following standard software development processes
• Analyze problems raised in software development or production environments and provide timely solutions
• Develop, prepare and maintain system documentation, including program descriptions and operational procedures
