Resource need to work from client location in Malaysia.This would be a production support environment.Candidate has to take care of the client applications and this could be a 24X7 operations

Responsibilities

---

• Participate in the full delivery life-cycle for BPM development and have good experience in production support environment
• Maintain and develop expert knowledge of industry best practices
• Ability to apply key concepts and techniques in the design and building of components of a multi-process application

Skills

---

Must have

Willing to work in production environment in Pega
Mandatory: CSA and Good to have CSSA
Have good technical expertise in Pega concepts
Willing to work in 24X7 support function (on call)
Overall IT Exp 4-8 years
Relevant exp in prod support Pega- 3+ years

Nice to have

SQL and Java
