Our team develops a large scale enterprise application based on Microservices architecture. The system is designed to provide and maintain golden source of highly demanded data in a Client Lifecycle Management domain for a top tier Investment Bank

Responsibilities

---

- Development of the Sybase ASE T-SQL application code
- Development and maintenance of the complex Sybase data structures
- Support of the middleware development teams
- Data alignment, migrations and transformations
- Automation of the routine daily activities, utilizing Unix shell scripts
- Production incidents investigation and resolution

Skills

---

Must have

- Strong programming experience with Sybase T-SQL, SQL, 5+ years
- Experience with Linux shell scripts
- Strong experience in the performance tuning and optimization
- Good understanding of relational database theory, data modeling and data management concepts
- Experience of working with large complex databases
- Experience of working in the Lean/Agile environment
- Ability to troubleshoot production incidents, including root cause analysis
- English: upper-intermediate

Nice to have

- Familiarity with Java
- Familiarity with Angular
