About the Project

Development and Maintenance of generic software modules for both classic AUTOSAR and adaptive AUTOSAR. These modules are integrated into 30+ ECUs from different Tier1 & TIer2s with different stacks to run a OEM specific diagnostics and enhanced functionalities on top of AUTOSAR

We are providing expert AUTOSAR solutions to our client in the following areas: Ethernet Diagnostics, Remote Software Update, Snapshot Recorder, Crowd Data Collector, Diagnostics Response handler, Onboard Diagnostics Manager, Emission Diagnostics Control Handler and more.

Join our international team of developers located around the world, the existing team size is 5 people which we want to extend to 7 and work on an essential AUTOSAR Platform Software which will run in 30+ ECUs in millions of premium vehicles.

Responsibilities


    • Diagnosis of production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and working to make engineering change to resolve problems.
    • Driving automation through understanding processes and implementing improvements.
    • Drive cultural and process changes supporting modern delivery practices: continuous improvement, automation and self-development in the team
    • Provide mentoring and technical assistance to other members of the team
    • Confident in presenting your ideas to a wide audience including senior members of the team and business users
    • update of existing software modules with new requirements
    • creation of SW architecture
    • development of classic, adaptive and generic SW modules
    • clarification of requirements & deadlines
    • writing / updating of Units Tests and MISRA warnings
    • synchronization with Integration Team (different company) to ensure everything is running smoothly
    • supporting ECU projects in resolving issues
    • adaption to new adaptive AUTOSAR stack
    • providing support to users
    • creation of integration manual & release notes
    - Integration and development of new features in C/C++ (e.g. routing functionality) for the next generation of a main ECU
    - Development of the robust and effective code and ensure high quality of the embedded code by performing unit tests, simulation on real data (software in the loop) as well as simulation of the software on the target embedded hardware (hardware in the loop)- Code analysis, refactoring and optimization of the legacy code
    - Clarification of requirements in cooperation with the client and the team
    - Testing on embedded hardware (ECU) and analysing logs
    - Direct communication with the client regarding technical aspects of the solution provided
    - Utilization of common design patterns as well as the advantages of object oriented programming
    - Business development support, by participating in pre-sales activities and architecture consultancy

Skills


Must have

    • Real life experience in Classic AUTOSAR based ECU projects especially integrating SWC  RTE  BSW (Integrator), COM, Diagnostics stack.
    • Architecture of complex Autosar based products
    • Understanding/Experience in Adaptive AUTOSAR or SoA
    * Technical Consultancy with the customer during project execution
    • Good communication skills. Proficient in English
