Global Resource Management (GRM) is a key corporate function within Luxoft to provide broader possibilities for the company talent to learn, communicate and apply their skills within the most interesting opportunities across all business units. GRM serves all Luxoft Lines of Business equally in close cooperation with HR, Recruitment, Learning Center and B2E Marketing.

We are looking for experienced and motivated Resource Manager to come on onboard, manage & drive the resource management function for Banking and Capital Markets line of business in APAC region.


    • Act as point of contact for resource planning & allocation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals
    • Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience
    • Manage and resolves resource allocation conflicts
    • Ensuring the right resources, with the right skillsets, available at the right times
    • Build, maintain, and communicate resource forecasts
    • Monitor upcoming project & role completion and plan for next assignment allocation for resources who become available
    • Run weekly resource meeting and facilitate resource allocation & prioritization, resourcing issues & conflict resolution with delivery team and appropriate department heads
    • Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing
    • Weekly and Monthly senior management status reporting on resource management function and initiatives
    • Collaborating on resource management with internal departments
    • Drive overall training/cross-training, hiring recommendations based on forecasted resource needs
    • Plan, drive & manage the resource management initiatives like proactive lateral hiring, graduate and intern hiring programs
    • Supporting pre-sales team with people & skill capabilities that organization has
    • Support the recruitment process
    • Recommend process improvements for Resource Management
    • Act as chapter lead for one or more technology COE in the region
    • Act as Line Manager for resources wherever needed
    • Monitoring the budget consumption and optimum utilization of same


Must have

    • 15+ years of IT industry experience
    • 3-5 years of Resource Management (RM) experience and 2+ years in leadership role as RM lead / head
    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
    • Experience in working with resource management tools & reporting
    • Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal & written communication skills
    • Ability to drive initiatives and obtain desired results
    • Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form
    • Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results
    • Highly detail oriented and able to work autonomously
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
    • Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups

Nice to have

    • Working with Banking & Capital markets line of business
    • Understanding or experience of working with one or more technology stack like Java, .Net, Automation, BigData, DevOps, Cloud etc
    • Experience with recruitment, training, learning & development functions
