MAIN JOB PURPOSE
• Manages project(s) by performing related duties.
• Serves customers by planning and implementing business strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; managing staff (team or teams 30+ people); liaise with Client, all levels management and HR.
• Determines business operational strategies by managing team or teams, establishing customer-service standards.
• Accomplishes human resource objectives, meets financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
