Responsibilities

---

Mandatory Skillsets
i. 5 years project management experience
ii. 5 years Global Markets\Treasury Experience.
iii. 10 Years project delivery experience
iv. Strong analytical skills
v. Managing projects above 5M budget
vi. Exceptional stakeholder management skill and the Executive Manager, General Manager and Executive General Manager (EGM Level)
vii. Experience in waterfall and scaled agile project management
viii. Experience managing multiple delivery streams of work -> Minimum 10 streams, ideally over 20 streams.
1. (there are currently 38 delivery streams in Nightwatch across Global Markets, Treasury, Lending)
ix. Experience managing projects across timezones (Sydney, London, Amsterdam)
x. Experience in scheduling, dependency management
xi. Experience in financial management - at least 10 delivery streams
Highly desirable skillsets
i. Deep knowledge\SME experience in at least 1 Asset class
ii. Managing projects above 10M
