    • Take ownership of the multiple programs/projects
    • Create and maintain accurate program/project plans, resources planning, status reports and financial forecasts
    • Generate and deliver all required project metrics/reports
    • Maintain documentation for projects, including tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
    • Significant contribution towards the continuous improvement of tools, processes and procedures within the function
    • Tracking, updating and reporting progress and/or variance on all aspects of the programmes to include financials project plans , work breakdown structures, project risk registers and life cycle management adherence with project
    • Maintain information concerning cost, time, risk and resource. Planning and implementing responses to any variances identified on programmes
    • Supporting programme governance structures and key project meetings, including steering committees and working groups
    • Identify and monitor performance against schedules, advising key stakeholders on any variance to forecast and providing recommended solutions, to ensure program objectives are met
    • Analyse project data for monthly reporting cycles
    • Support Program/Project Managers in creation and maintenance of project documentation and status reports
    • Report on project performance and KPIs


Must have

    • Professional experience in PMO support, preferably for IT Projects (3+ years)
    • Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools and performance measurement
    • Experience in reporting and tracking Metrics and Financial Data for Projects
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to collect, consolidate and process data from different financial systems
    • Advanced user level experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel reporting and data presentation skills)
    • Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
    • Experience in communication to Program Management/Stakeholder level
    • Cooperation, influence and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

    • Knowledge of CA PPM would be an asset
