Job Description:
- Root cause analysis and issue resolution for Level 2 / Level 3 support
- Experience in analysis of issues during support process
Required:
- 3+ years’ experience with Oracle EBS R12 in P2P (Procure to Pay) area (PO, AP, GL modules)
- Proficiency with SQL based queries
- Knowledge of related application configurations and processes
- Ability to identify system impact for small- and large-scale initiatives
- Experience with global implementations of Oracle EBS
Preferred:
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority tasks with varying deadlines
- Ability to achieve results under limited direction
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must have
- Participation in at least one Oracle EBS implementation or support project in a consultant or support specialist role
- Ready for remote work
