• Designing and developing new projects and enhancements;
• Delivering and presenting proof of concept solutions to senior management;
• Working in teams following agile development practices;
• Being involved in Development, Continuous Integration and time-boxed iterative development;
• Participating and leading design workshops;
• Performing code reviews and reviews of technical documentation; •Owning the full development lifecycle, including the delivery of quality technical materials for each project;
Must have
• 7+ years of experience as a PL/SQL Developer
• Excellent technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL and SQL tuning
• Strong understanding of relational databases
• Ability to design and develop complex application/components including packages, store procedures, functions, triggers
• Proficiency in data modelling and database design
• Data analysis skills
• Shell Scripting
• Analytical thinker experienced in a range of problem-solving techniques & approaches
• Team player who shares and collaborates, a keen listener and quick learner
• Communicates clearly and influences using coherent, fact and benefit-based proposals
• Enables experimentation and fast learning approaches to creating business solutions
• Understands key elements of security, risk & control
