We are currently working with a well-known financial services organisation in Sydney which is currently using Calypso V16.1 as a front to back office system for Fixed income and IR derivatives business.
Client is currently onboarding Fixed Income and Security Financing business on Calypso from various legacy systems.

Responsibilities

---

- Functional requirements and technical requirements gathering
- Documentation of techno/functional requirements
- Unit Testing
- Configuration of Calypso module
- Executing/Supporting SIT/UAT.
- Post-Implementation support

Skills

---

Must have

• At least 5-7 of experience in Fixed Income, Repo, Security Lending product implementations in market leading capital market applications like Calypso, Murex. Etc.
• Have excellent understanding of above products and basic understanding of IRD, MM products is desirable.
• Hands on Knowledge of Accounting configuration like rules, events and eod valuation setup
• Hands on Balance / Off Balance, Trial Balance and Income statement reports
• Experience in Hedge accounting like creating Hedge Relationships, testing Hedge Effectiveness and configuring reports for the same.
• Have good understanding of PnL related and other pricer measure calculations and able to explain the results.
• Hands on excel knowledge to do reconciliation between legacy systems and ideally Calypso.
• Having basic knowledge on Official P&L Methodology, Treatment, PL Parameters & Configuration
• Comfortable with test planning and execution
• Supporting users on post implementation / BAU issues, Senior stakeholder's management skills.
• Comfortable working different time zones.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Calypso is a plus
• Knowledge of Collateral Management
• Multi-vendor project delivery experience
