OS IDE team is looking for Senior JS/React programmer to work on Tool - IDE for smart device development. We are aiming at providing unified development experience across a wide range of consumer devices from small smart cameras to flagman smartphones.

Responsibilities

---

1. Develop React-based IDE UI for advanced IDE functionality, improve and maintain existing UI components and design and implement new components based on customer requirements.
2. Support and improve VS Code IDE plugin.
3. Take an active role in product evolution - propose, plan, design and implement new IDE functionality based on competitive analysis of existing tools (IAR, ARM Keil, Android studio...) and customer feedback.
4. Communicate with internal and external teams, responsible for tools development, translate high-level IDE requirements to the specific tool

Skills

---

Must have

1. Bachelor, master or specialist degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related field, PhD preferred.
2. Solid JS/React programming experience.
3. Understanding of modern software distribution approaches (e.g. npm).
4. Good technical English (read and write technical documentation, communicate with English-speaking co-workers).

Nice to have

1. Python programming experience.
2. Experience with tools (compiler, profiler, debugger...) development is a plus.
3. Experience with IDE development (VS code, IntelliJ, Android Studio, Eclipse, XCode...) is a plus.
4. Experience with embedded IDE framework development (PlatformIO, Arduino, Cortex-Debug) is a huge plus.
5. Experience with commercial embedded IDEs (IAR, ARM Keil) is a plus.
6. International work experience is a plus.
