Client Onboarding and Lifecycle Management is a front office business area that manages clients' data, their legal agreement, business relationship, and trading capability.

To support the business, COLM IT is responsible for, but not limited to,
• Ready-To-Trade system to track clients' readiness to trade with various entities the bank, according to various regulations and business mandates
• Document Management System, including document exchange with clients, digitization and maintenance
• Workflow management system across multiple business units and IT applications
• Contact Management and Client Outreach integration with Salesforce

This is global team with members in US, Poland, Russia and India.

Responsibilities

---

The successful candidate will work with front office personnel to develop and maintain strategic platform to support the business and will be responsible for executing, on a continuing basis, all relevant tasks, activities, processes, procedures related to Software Development Services, including:
• Hands-on software development
• Contribute to architectural model and high-level solution design based on system requirements
• Communicate design ideas and take part in peer reviews
• Involved the entire life cycle of projects
• Opportunity to work directly with business
• Exposure to client lifecycle management area
• Provide level three support coverage for the platform.
• Mentor junior team members

Skills

---

Must have

• 3+ years of HTML5, TypeScript, React / Angular
• 5+ years of Java backend
• Java Spring controller
• Understanding of store procedure in Oracle and experience in creating ones
• Strong design skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Demonstrable testing skills
• Strong background in data analysis within complex software environments
• Capable of describing practical day-to-day analysis techniques used in order to achieve goals
• Degree in computer science or similar (e.g. math or EE)
• Pro-active, self-starter, able to pick up an issue, and take ownership through to successful delivery
• Efficient communications with global team members and other colleagues
• Develop and unit test code in a rapid moving and changing environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Fluent written and spoken English is a must
• Clear written communication skills when documenting processes and features and communicating via e-mail
• Experience working in an agile team
• Innovative, self-motivated and detail-oriented team player

Nice to have

• Knowledge/experience of Kakfa
• Experience building high performance UI
