Our client is the market leader of EUV lithography machines, the most advanced type of lithography equipment that’s needed to make every single advanced processor chip that we use today. The machines that they produce are among the most complicated devices ever made.
Context: we have a mixt Team : ~10 developers and functional members (1 Functional Cluster Architect, 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Muster); All SAFe Agile rituals in place and two days Product Increment Event every quarter (inter-teams alignments and prioritizations). The focus: developing the new metrology YS500 machine, focusing and alignment features.
You will receive 3 months onboarding: trainings, weekly team KT's, CI/CD (JIRA, Bitbucket)
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership for feature/story based software engineering
- Align specifications with stakeholders in the function team
- Secure both software and product quality
- Software realization, including design, testing and documentation
- Provide input for and review technical roadmap
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our Agile software development for the software department as a whole
- Transfer knowledge to colleagues in both D&E and sectors supporting operations (e.g. Customer support)
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights
Must have
5+ years in object-oriented development of technical software large software products
5+ years of experience with C# (nice to have)
5+ years of experience with Windows tooling applications (in C#)
- experience with Agile/scrum
- experience with algorithms
Nice to have
Up-to-date knowledge of and experience with recent versions of the .NET framework, complex algorithms and time critical operations
Useful to have C/C++ background
Extensive experience with software that has a lot of hardware interaction
Experienced in OOP, Unit Tests, Design Patterns, (DI, TDD is a bonus)
Experience with stakeholder management in a multi-disciplinary environment
Experience with working in large code bases and collaborating with multiple software teams in a complex environment
Strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and UML
Soft skills:
