Responsibilities

---

• Understand stakeholder needs of the data sets ingested and generated by the platform as well as application features the users will require
• Own the relationship with specific stakeholders (including other Application product owners) in the context of those data sets
• Work with stakeholders to identify new "Views" of data needed to support user or Product Owner requests
• Explore and document user requirements, ensure that all information required by the sprint team to deliver a User Story is available in a timely fashion
o Produce and maintain schema defining data set requirements
• Own the sprint backlog for area of responsibility, to include data processing activities or application features (Epics, User Stories, Prioritisation etc.)
• Lead testing activities associated with the Apps and capabilities for which they are responsible (to include writing and executing test cases/specifications)

Skills

Must have

 proven track record of delivering/working on complex software development projects (3+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Project/Product Manager preferred)
 experience in UAT coordination and supervision (defining the QA strategy, test plans and use cases to validate solution)
 practical knowledge agile methodologies
 understanding of banking/financial services industry and knowledge of mobile/internet banking trends
 good understanding of software delivery lifecycle
 excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish, obtained certificate on the C1 level or successful completion of higher or University in Polish language
 BS or MS degree in finance, mathematics or IT

Nice to have

Project Management expertise (ITL, Agile, Prince2)
Previous financial industry experience
 at least 1-year experience in defining mobile application functional specifications or technical requirements including understanding requirements modelling techniques such as user stories, BPMN, use cases, UML class, and state diagrams, ERD diagrams
