Project Description


We are currently looking for Sales Manager Cross Industry Solutions to grow business with leading Russian Enterprise accounts in Retail, Oil&Gas, Mining, Telecom and other industry segments to meet Luxoft's targets to grow revenue.

Responsibilities


    Execute the entire sales cycle from finding new prospects to contract negotiation.
    Meet individual targets (TCV, revenue).
    Identify new sales opportunities and areas to grow Luxoft's business, generate leads (through the personal contact list, networking, cold contacts and industry events) and close the opportunities.
    Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales and other teams in a matrix structure
    Identify and support new partnerships with potential technology and channel partners.
    Provide risk assessment and reliable forecasting.
    Pipeline management in Salesforce, reporting to management.

Skills


Must have

    Hunter profile
    6+ years experience in sales of complex software/consultancy projects to large enterprises in non-financial industries - Retail, Oil&Gas, Mining, Telecom, Media, Technology, FMCG and others, understanding of pain points in those industries
    5+ years experience as sales manager
    Wide industry contact book
    Strong communication skills
    Good English

Nice to have

    Strong plus: Knowledge of technology/digital trends and know-how, understanding of custom software development vs off-the-shelf products
