Responsibilities

As a Release/Cutover Manager you will be responsible for coordinating Release Management lifecycle. You will define and execute Release Plan in cooperation with Client stakeholders, software engineers, PMs and BO and ITO Specialists. You will ensure that resources, timelines, and the overall quality of the Release Management process are all considered and accounted for.

Must have

• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Release/Cutover Manager, preferable in the banking industry
• Proficient in using MS Office applications such as MS Excel and MS Project
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, keeping attentiont do details
• Quality-conscious attitude, self-motivated and goal oriented
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders (both business and technical)
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment and meet critical deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent team player, willing to share knowledge
• Willingness to work at nights/weekends (depending on the cutover plan)
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad (per individual arrangement)
