According to banks policies, the applications should be recertified on regular basis from perspective of Enterprise IT Governance, method and tools, asset and configuration management, information security, etc. In scope if these activities it is necessary to negotiate with different bank's control groups, create ServiceNow tickets, fill in different types of questioners and web-forms, etc.
