We are looking for a Recruitment Director to lead our large team of recruiting professionals across US, Canada and Latin America to drive operational excellence and unparalleled results. You will have accountability for achieving the global technical recruiting hiring targets, partnering closely with key technical, engineering, and other business leaders to design and deliver an insightful and ambitious hiring plans with a constant eye on scaling for the future

Responsibilities


    • Manage the hiring needs, recruitment process and recruitment teams in the country locations
    • Support Company on all business matters and develop the country recruitment strategy accordingly
    • Plan and adjust the headcount of recruitment teams according to the Company hiring demand
    • Personal involvement into building a strong recruitment team
    • Responsible for teams KPI monitoring and assessments
    • Provide the set formats of reports for the Company management; develop new types of reports according to the Delivery management requests
    • Take part in development and implementation of global strategic initiatives for recruiting talent in all Company locations
    • Establish and broaden new and non-traditional recruitment channels and initiatives, development of remote recruitment models
    • Cooperation with marketing to establish the strong employer brand
    • People Management (hiring, assessments, motivation) for both direct (Group Heads) and in-direct subordinates (Recruiters)
    • Monthly forecasting; initiate preliminary forecasting based on Recruitment and Market Capacity.
    • Analyze all bottlenecks & risks affecting Forecast Performance, timely escalations and handling
    • Strategic partnership with Internal clients (negotiate on hiring plans, recruitment process communication, optimize candidates processing, address all issues)
    • Train Customers on recruitment processes, pipeline handling and collaboration with Recruitment Team.
    • Control risks of forecast performance - analyze reasons, initiate solutions.
    • Recruitment budget management

Skills


Must have

    • 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a mid-size or large multi-site organization
    • 3+ years of management experience of a high-volume/high-performing corporate talent acquisition team
    • Knowledgeable of local labor market trends across IT industry sector including key competitors
    • Clear understanding of end to end recruitment lifecycle processes, strategies and tools
    • Ability to lead, manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals in multiple locations
    • Proven individual skills successfully recruiting high-level and niche positions and the ability to develop similar skills in other recruiters
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines while maintaining quality of service delivered
    • Ability to plan and manage high volume recruitment
    • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and other Recruitment Products Systems
    • Proven ability to run key talent acquisition metrics
    • Strong customer service and consulting skills with all levels of stakeholder in the recruiting process
