We are looking for experienced project manager who have a strong software background and who is able to lead and manage projects in automotive software industry.
We are implementing IVI platform and customizing this platform for different clients. You will be working in the cross cultural, friendly and goal-focused team.

Responsibilities

---

- Manage embedded software development projects in Automotive
- Ensure development process and established engineering excellence practices are followed by all team members
- Proactively respond to project-related and technical risks
- Manage stakeholders expectations and ensure transparency of delivery processes
- Handle project plans, monitor development progress and dependencies
- Setup, coordinate and ensure execution of development

Skills

---

Must have

- Have 3+ years of experience in project management
- Have at least 10 years of professional experience in SW projects
- Have worked with/lead teams larger than 15 people
- Experienced managing quality of service and delivery for embedded
- Experienced in process and product integration schedule
- Project Organization including Staffing, Resource and Team management
- Risk Management
- Release and Milestone Planning, work-break down and detail planning
- Reporting, Project Status Meetings internal and with customer
- Defect Management and resolution planning
- Technical background

Nice to have

- PMP Certified
- Agile Certified
- Automotive Experience
- Knowledge of ASPICE Standart
