Our Client is a one of largest global logistics company. There is a Russian-based team responsible for Software Development services for the client, including, analysis, architecture analysis, design, development, testing and 3rd level support. There are 4-5 currently running projects for various client departments as well as new opportunities. Key client stakeholders are located in Europe. The team size is 30+ FTE.

Responsibilities

---

- Manage stakeholders' expectations, escalation point in governance model
- Oversee development projects ensuring delivery maturity, engineering excellence and adherence to contractual SLAs. Drive internal process improvements across project teams
- People management activities in collaboration with company internal services. Drive hiring process
- Perform program level budgeting, responsible for achieving financial targets
- Work with clients on SoWs renewals, extensions and conducting account level reporting
- Participate in presales & business development activities (proposals, effort estimation, technical solution proposal)
- Explore new business growth opportunities in current and surrounding technology groups

Skills

---

Must have

- At least 7 years of professional experience in software development projects and management
- 5+ years of experience in large scale Project and Program management
- Proven track record in complex projects with global teams
- People management experience for 20+ FTEs
- Good understanding of the program financials and reporting
- Verbal and written business communication skills
- Presentations skills
- Negotiation skills
- Master's Degree in computer science or similar education
