Define Product
Lead definition of Features for the Product backlog, one backlog per product.
Lead identification of dependencies between Features and maintain a visualization of System's Anatomy.
Support teams in understanding the features being defined in the product backlog.
Support teams in understanding what sprint backlog contents are required when in time to meet the feature delivery schedule defined in High Level Feature Implementation Plan.
Support team's in their backlog grooming, participate in Backlog Grooming meetings on request.
Define Feature Implementation Plan
Define and maintain High Level Feature Implementation Plan, which indicates what feature to have ready until what milestone delivery.
Lead prioritization of Features for the Product backlog.
Lead Milestone Planning Workshops with customer on a need basis.
Lead the communication of milestone planning aspects, milestone goals and feature scope to team members.
Ensure Profitability
Ensure profitability, Return of Investment (ROI) for the feature set being part of the Product backlog.
Delegate work & responsibilities to teams
Define and maintain mapping between features and feature teams.
Define and maintain mapping between customer requirements and feature teams.
Supplier Management
Support System Product Owner (SO) in the selection of 3rd part components used to realize the features being assigned to the team.
Support/Mentor each team's System Product Owner (SO) in the commercial and technical management of 3rd party suppliers.
Quality Assurance
Make sure High Level Plan is aligned with customer needs and accepted by customer representatives.
Give feedback on the product's feature content being under development. Features being developed and demonstrated within the project shall in principle be signed off by the System Product Owner.
Must have
Engineering Degree
Candidate has to be Native Korean only due to the law from the government.
ALM Tooling and system architecture knowledge
CICD processes implementation experience
Release management experience
Integration strategy understanding
Knowledge of Automotive SPICE standard
Embedded Linux and POSIX Experience
Requirements Management and Elicitation Experience
Full proficiency in Scrum and Kanban. Ability to adapt processes to stakeholder needs and introducing major improvements to the process.
Team coordination and Responsibility
Knowledge of software development life-cycle, practical experience with related activities

SAFE process knowledge & experience
Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Certification
Knowledge of Automotive SPICE standard
Understanding of common Rest services and APIs, as well as the impact of scale and performance.
Knowledge of functional safety development (e.g. ISO 26262)
Experience with HW Targets as ARM and Renesas R-Car
Feature domain expertise knowledge such as embedded automotive functions, Connectivity, vehicle infotainment, System Platform, Cluster/HUD, Daudio
