Project Description


Global Procurement team looks to hire people in Sofia to support Central European and Western European countries with all quoting and purchase order activities.

Responsibilities


    • Process and validate Purchase Tickets and Purchase orders;
    • Manage day-to-day interaction with suppliers: ordering, communication of demand/volume/delivery time changes, issue resolution, follow up on deliveries;
    • Act as 1st line of contact with organization via calls, chat e.g. document and follow up all purchasing inquiries, issues and transactions;
    • Responsible for resolving queries from suppliers or colleagues;
    • Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures;
    • Perform Quality and Real time Checks as guided by direct Manager

Skills


Must have

    Mandatory Skills Description:
    • University degree
    • Excellent in English (spoken and written)
    • Willingness to learn new things
    • Strong communication skills
    • Min 3 years of experience in Purchasing

Nice to have

    Nice-to-Have Skills:
    • Experience with CFS (Oracle) is a plus
    • Good Excel skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
