    • Resource management and project allocation
    • Drive Solution Development
    • Manage Client Relationships
    • Drive growth of the PLM Practice
    • Program and Delivery Management
    • Talent Acquisition and management including attrition control
    • Leading consulting project delivery for multiple accounts and complex projects
    • Tracking of Project team activities and reporting usage of effort
    • Providing oversight and coaching to ensure project delivery remains within specified scope, time and budget.
    • Achieve a balance between meeting client obligations, supporting their needs, and acting as an ambassador for the Company
    • Demonstrate thought leadership to help grow the PLM practice as a leading global PLM services provider
    • Coordinates with vertical business units and global sales teams
    • Actively support sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings and services that translate into a strong client value proposition
    • Effectively monitor the overall practice resources to drive them towards being relevant to PLM technologies and market needs
    • Demonstrate eminence across various technologies and products that complement PLM solutions and develop a team with deep knowledge of such products and technologies
    • Co-ordinate and leverage relationships with leading PLM Companies to assimilate product expertise and build internal practice knowledge


Must have

    • Familiarity with Teamcenter or Enovia PLM solutions
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 12 to 15 years of overall experience with 4 years of managing a PLM Practice
    • Previous project management experience in a professional consulting role leading PLM projects
    • Experience in Business improvement activities
    • Experience in Systems Engineering or computer technology
    • Management experience of staff and resources of a small to medium team (onsite /offshore)
    • Experience of working within a multi-project organization, liaising with staff up to senior level from different disciplines and backgrounds
    • Exposure to Pre-sales and sales activities
    • Planning and managing complex projects, and demonstrated ability to lead teams in high performance and changing environments
    • Demonstration of PLM eminence
    • Strong analysis and design skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
    • Ability to devise creative business solutions
    • Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems
    • Willingness to travel
