The bank predominantly acts as an organization that attempts to fight poverty by offering developmental assistance to middle- and low-income countries. Our client is a provider of financial and technical assistance to individual countries around the globe. The bank considers itself a unique financial institution that sets up partnerships to reduce poverty and support economic development.


    The PeopleSoft Developer will report to a Clinet's team lead and expected to provide excellent technical and procedural support and solutions in the Pension business area supporting several applications. The incumbent will act as the main technical expert in acquired application(s), as well as the primary contact for those systems. He/she will play an extensive technical role and assist management and clients in the decisions that will provide the best and most cost effective solutions that meet corporate goals and objectives. They will be expected to provide excellent technical solutions for enhancement projects and ongoing maintenance during the engagement period.


Must have

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
    • Role Specific Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in building Peoplesoft systems using Peoplesoft and Database technologies
    • Extensive experience in full system development life cycle - Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance

    Certification Requirements: None specified

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Advanced knowledge of PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Application Designer, App Engine, Integration Broker, Peoplecode, Fluid Pages/Design and overall excellent technical skills on the Peoplesoft Development platform
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Oracle platform
    • Excellent ability to write complex and optimally tuned SQL queries, producing adhoc reports, load data into the database,
    • Advanced knowledge of SQR programming for producing complex reports and batch processes
    • Proven conceptual, analytical and judgmental skills
    • Proven Ability to pick up new business processes and technologies quickly
    • Advanced understanding of and implementation experience with issue tacking, and source code repository.
    • Understanding of CMM/Quality Assurance concepts and methodology
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team environment to support other technical staff, as needed
    • Ability to work in high pressure situations and tight schedules, while quickly producing excellent solutions to problems and production issues
    • Ability to work independently and deliver timely results (be a self-starter)
    • Excellent technical writing skills

Nice to have

    ...• Desired knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and ability write Oracle Stored Procedures - Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers
    • Desired knowledge of Peoplesoft HR/Payroll table infrastructure and Peoplesoft Workflow
    • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Global Payroll Module
