Luxoft is building a team of Pega Developers/Architects to work for a government project . There will be an opportunity to work on BPM Development or BPM support involving Pega technology in various e-government initiatives.

Responsibilities

---

As part of a project team, resource will drive the design, architecture and implementation of Pega 7 based solutions. Resource will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements and, at times, mentor other project resources.
a) In this role, resource will:
i. Actively participate in design, development and testing of the target industry framework(s) in Pega 7
ii. Review the work of junior team members and ensure it meets the required standards
iii. Drive new business growth and customer success by providing business expertise
iv. Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization

Must have

LSA Role
Skills and Experienced, highly technical, hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams. Resource must have demonstrated experience working with Pega technology and have achieved Pega LSA Certification.

c) Qualifications will include:
i. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
ii. Pega LSA Certification
iii. 8 years of progressive experience or master's degree with 3 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications
iv. Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
v. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
vi. Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
vii. Exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers
viii. Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders
ix. Ability to match technology solutions to customer needs.

SSA Role -
1- 5+ years related experience.
2- At least 2 cycle of PEGA PRPC implementation experience
3- PEGA Smart BPM and PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives
4- PEGA PRPC Use Case Development
5- Converting business into process flow PEGA certified System Architect
6- B.E./B.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science or similar degree
7- CSSA certification

Nice to have

• Communications, UI / UX
• Good Java and / or SQL experience
