We are running a portfolio of initiatives related to Opics implementation, upgrade and managed support for global customers. This works requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, Finastra teams and Luxoft engineering teams.
• Liaise with the clients to analyse, determine and document the customer's business requirements and the scope of the project
• Analyzing a customer's current business processes and scenarios; specifying, presenting, configuring business processes and best practices for customers during project implementations
• Advise clients on test planning to ensure successful solution implementation, Support the User Acceptance & Operations testing of the system on-site and manage the issues during UAT & Operations testing.
• Contribute towards developing consultancy tools and processes that could ease future implementation and provide functional training of other
• Consultants to increase knowledge and skills transfer
• Provide support during data conversion & branch roll out in country to ensure successful system roll out
• Participate in testing and QA of functional domain of the business applications.
• Responsible for the Solution Design and ongoing Solution Governance, Ensures that the agreed solution is being correctly implemented using Misys Application Process Solutions
• Work cross function with development, QA and customer support teams to define and execute testing strategy.
• Provide information, advice, guidance and updates throughout the project lifecycle in order to assist management to eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success
Must have
• 5 -6 years of working knowledge in OPICS Treasury and Capital Markets product and domain
• Deep understanding of Treasury and Capital Market solution and processes.
• Prior experience with on-site implementation of enterprise application
• Exposure to working with multiple clients from various locations around the world
Nice to have
• Experience with other capital markets solutions
• Ability to manage team
• Experience in pre-sales
