- Coordination of employee's working space, equipment requirements & layout, implementation of changes if needed
- Management of office services by: ensuring that office operations and procedures are organized properly; correspondences are controlled; filing systems are designed; supply requisitions are reviewed and approved; clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
- Creation of reports related with RE&F department
- Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Planning and overseeing of departmentbudget
-Allocation of tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitoring of their performance
- Supervision of team's performance appraisals, promotions based on the performance review
- Recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding & training for new joiners
- Being the point of escalation for employees in RE&F related issues
- Proper and close cooperation with Head of RE&F.
- Cooperation with external partners and vendors in office management related issues
- Other responsibilities related with employees specialization & competencies delegated by the Head of REF.

Regular
Annual holiday - 20 or 26 days. The duration of the leave depends on the overall seniority
Occasional leave - 1 or 2 days/ depending on the circumstances
Child care leave - 2 days or 16 hours per year
Absence due to force majeure - 2 days or 16 hours per year
Maternity Leave - 20 weeks
Parental Leave - 41 weeks
Paternity Leave - 14 days
